Abstract

In the article the object of research is the concept of spirituality, which is often used by modern writers and researchers and without paying enough attention to the study of this concept. Therefore the reason for this study was the need to explain how to understand meanings embodied in the concepts of spirit, spiritual, spirituality in the works of Kazakh writers who adhere to the religious and educational direction. Aspects of how to identify are touched spiritual context from the texts of the work. The object of the study was the creation of a bright representative of the religious and educational direction — the poet Shady Zhangiruly. It is proposed to carry out a theoretical understanding of the spiritual context from the works of the poet Shady. The study provides etymological definitions and opinions of such literary scholars as Nurtas Ondasynov and Dikhan Kamzabekuly, in whose works the concepts of spirituality were considered. To ensure that opinions and definitions are not one-sided, an understanding of spirituality in a national understanding and a learned theologian Kurbanali Ahmet is given. Given the deep religiosity of the poet Shady, special attention is paid to the disclosure of the concept of spirituality in this aspect. There are also excerpts about spirituality from the works of the literary critic Rinat Faritov and the writer Leo Tolstoy. In conclusion, taking into account the biography, literary environment, religious views and creative work of Shady, arguments are expressed as to what and what should be understood by the spiritual context in the works of such poets
