Open Access Policy
The journal «Bulletin of the Karaganda University. Philology series» provides direct open access to its content, based on the following principle: free open access to research results contributes to an increase in the global exchange of knowledge. This means the ability to read, download, copy, distribute, print articles, and link to their full texts with attribution without any restrictions.

Licensing terms
Articles published in this journal articles are licensed under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Creative Commons Attribution – Non Commercial – No Derivatives 4.0 International) license, which provides for their non-commercial use only. Under this license, users have the right to copy and distribute the material in under copyright, but are not permitted to modify or use it for commercial purposes. User Rights
Users are allowed to use of the article freely, provided that its author and source are indicated, but only for non-commercial purposes. In addition, users are prohibited from making any changes to the work or in any way violating its integrity. For commercial use, users need to contact the copyright holder to obtain a separate license allowing such use.
Author Rights
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) that allows others to read, download, copy, and distribute the work with acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
The authors retain the right to enter into certain contractual agreements relating to the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g. post it on the institutional repository, publication in a book), with reference to its original publication in this journal. The authors have the right to post their work on the Internet (e.g. on the institutional reposity or personal website) prior to and during the review process, conducted by the journal, as this may lead to a productive discussion and a large number of references to this work.

The journal has been published in electronic format since 2010. All electronic issues of the journal is stored in the «Archive» section of the journal's website.
