Abstract

The Kazakh writing which has changed graphics three times within the last 100 years owing to various objective and subjective reasons faces big reform. Discussions in the Kazakhstan society demonstrate that the translation of the Kazakh writing into Latin - long ago the ripened question. The problem of the transfer of the writing to the Latin graphics used by most of the people of the whole world time from times rises in the foreign and neighboring countries. One of the reasons the translation of the Kazakh alphabet on Latin graphics it is possible to call change of an image of sounds of Kazakh which is fixed in consciousness of trainees as Russian sounds, and also a possibility of maintaining harmony of sounds. It in turn will facilitate training of foreign-language citizens in Kazakh. It is necessary to fix new spelling rules legislatively.
