The image of the city in modern Kazakh prose

Abstract

The object of research in this article is the image of the city in the Kazakh prose of the XXI century. The authors take a multidimensional study of the image of the city in the works of modern Kazakh writers such as A. Myrzakhmet, D. Amantay, A. Altay, A. Kozbagarova, N. Cabdi. In the works of these authors, the image of the city is given in the system of artistic understanding of universal problems, social and historical problems, the heroes of the works are urban residents who reflect on socially significant topics. The article describes in detail the artistic achievements and innovation of Kazakh writers in the disclosure of the urban theme, which is expressed in the creation of its own system of images, ideological and aesthetic complex, including such aspects as the expansion of the spiritual destruction of society, the harmful influence of man on the environment, the formation of man under the influence of society. The article also analyzes the linguistic and stylistic features of the implementation of the image of the city in modern Kazakh prose.
