Language interpretation of the concept “state” as part of the national concept Kazakhstan according to the texts of the message

The article is devoted to the analysis of lexical means of implementing the concept of “state” in the texts of the annual Presidential Addresses. By comparing the traditional content of this concept with the ideas reflected in the texts of the Messages, the authors reveal the specifics of the linguistic picture of the world formed by the Message. The article analyzes the features of the lexical compatibility of the word “state”, and explores the interaction of the concept “state” with other concepts such as Kazakhstan, country, Motherland. The main goal of the article is to explore the content of the concept “state” in the concept sphere of Kazakhstan based on the materials of the Address and to reveal the nature of the use of concepts that reflect the scale of the concept’s use. One of the main concepts of the Kazakh national concept sphere “state” can represent such national values as “independence”, “fatherland”, “native land”, “native country”, “homeland”, “steppe”, “Kazakh”, formed in the language. The article uses methods of component and conceptual and contextual analysis of the semantics of lexical units, and the research material was the texts of annual Messages in which the lexeme state is used, as well as materials from explanatory, etymological, explanatory political and other dictionaries of the Kazakh language. The authors of the study conclude that the concept of “state” is a universal category that occupies an important place in the life of any people.
