Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the level approach to teaching Russian as a non-native language, in particular, such types of speech activity as grammatical competence, listening (listening), reading (reading comprehension), writing. The need to develop the methods of multi-level learning approach due to the change of approaches to learning: grammaticheskogo to competence. The authors propose an analysis of specific tasks aimed at checking the level of Russian as a non-native language in a non-linguistic (legal) University. Tasks are aimed at the implementation of all four types of speech activity: speaking, writing, listening, reading. The article presents the practical results of the formation of language and speech skills of students in the
study of Russian language at KAZGUU.
